anxiety advice please!
i'm 15 weeks and 4 days and this past week i have been having a lot of anxiety, before i was pregnant i had been diagnosed with depression that was accompanied with anxiety, i would get small panic attacks here and there but recently i have been getting a lot of anxiety and small panic attacks randomly at night before falling asleep, a few months ago i had sleep paralysis and it scared me but i didnt have anxiety about it until now i seem to always fear of getting it and all i want to do is protect my baby, i was wondering if anyone else deals with this or something similar? maybe hormones can be making my anxiety go up, i do breathing exercises and listen to calm music to help but it doesn't do much. this anxiety isn't too crazy but i do feel my heart beating a lot faster and as if it's a bit hard to breathe. any advice on how i can help this out? i see my doctor in a few days and will also be bringing it up to her
