yeast infection???

so i took medicine for bv because i thought i had it, then about a week later started to notice some symptoms that seemed like a yeast infection.. i started to take monistat but then my doctor's nurse called and told me i had a positive test that came back for chlamydia.. now im wondering if i actually do have a yeast infection or if taking the medicine for bv just worsened my symptoms of chlamydia.. i didnt finish the monistat because i lost the syringe things im supposed to insert into my vagina 😫 should i go buy some more monistat treatment just in case i have chlamydia and a yeast infection???
