Swollen tingly fingers?

I've noticed for the past week or so, whenever I wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, one or both of my hands are swelled up. My fingers are puffy/hard and tingly when I try to move them. It goes away after a few minutes. Then I go back to sleep and wake up with it again. I'm 35 weeks pregnant, and drinking as much water as I can. Anyone experience this?

Yes! I've had this since 24 weeks, it is pregnancy carpal tunnel syndrome. If it's really bothering you buy some wrist support braces, they are uncomfortable but have helped tons with the swelling and numbness and I'm able to get sleep again! All symptoms should go away after birth 😊

I'm 34 wks and just started to get this plus it feels painful to bend my fingers. As well as hand braces- soaking your hands in epsom salt and warm water for 20 minutes and placing a small ice pack in the hand braces have been working for me!

Just started yesterday. Hurts to bend my fingers, knuckles are sore, fingers feel fat and my rings are now off. 😫 Feet were feeling similar. 33 weeks tomorrow.

Yes this is carpal tunnel. I've had it for almost the whole pregnancy and I'm 34 weeks now. It's super annoying and is definitely worst at night. It should go away after delivery.
