Stabbing pain in middle of uterus
So last night i was adjusting a pillow between my legs when I went to lay down I got this excruciating stabbing pain in the middle of my uterus it lasted for about 30 seconds. This morning my right hip is sore and my uterus is sore and is slightly cramping when I move. Is this rlp or something more?
I'm 14 weeks.
