Trust me, it's super tiny. Everything looks huge in the ultra sound photos because they are sort of blown up to size. I've had two boys, both ultrasounds looked like that... both came out with very tiny weenies :)

That's a normal scan lol. Baby is small in the womb but even at birth, everything is swollen. Tell Dad not to get the big head for just a bit. 😂
