Black spots in vision....help

I went to the hospital yesterday with severe morning sickness, got given anti sickness meds which are working okay ish. Anyway today I'm experiencing a bit of lightheadedness and black spots in my vision when I stand up from sitting down. And that is now making me feel a little sick!

Is this normal?? WhAt can I do to relieve it? Has anyone had it?
