neutropenia HELP!!!!

So when my daughter went for 1 year old check up she was 20 pounds, and her neutrophils was 8.7 when it's suppose to be 16.0 she want back in June for her 15 month check up and still 20 pounds and her neutrophils dropped again to 5.1. So we seen a hematology a month later and they dropped lower 4.6 now I have to walk around with note if she catches a fever or get rashes I have to rush her to the hospital so they can take her blood and she if it dropped lower if it did they'll admit her and put her on meds and they don't seem to know what's causing it ...
