Red dots
Hi all, this is my second pregnancy and I'm experiencing a new thing that I can't find anything online about at all, so I'm not sure if it's something to trouble my midwife with or not.
Basically, around my nipples ive got loads of red dots. They don't hurt/itch or anything, they're just there. I didn't get them first time so no idea what it could be.
Anyone else have this same symptom?
