Going Crazy

I'm 37 and in a high risk pregnancy and my hormones are going crazy and I can't really work so I'm at home of the time unless I have Dr. appointment. My daughter was here with me and she just left yesterday so now I'm all alone. I'm having a really emotional day today and I don't know what to do to feel better. And I'm general I don't know what to do because my husband is never home because he works all the time. Any advice or suggestions? I've pretty much shut out the couple friends I have because my hormones make me really moody.
