Meeting huge milestones!
I need to brag on my little guy!
We are pregnant with number two (obviously can't sleep) and we have been doing infant potty training with our son since 6 months but have recently tried to push it a little more.
He just started sleeping through the night at 12 months and weaned himself off breastfeeding at the same time (bout time since I have no supply)
We just moved into a new apartment and he finally has his own room. So Currently transitioning him to his own room.
We have been using the sleepyhead (dock a tot) in our room and he sleeps on it in his room now. We have had some set backs in sleeping in his own room and trying to trouble shoot that by me sleeping in his room with his for a few nights... BUT
In just 3 days my son is almost completely potty trained before turning 14 months old!
We are still working on him being better at communicating to us, but at 2 am he woke up asked to go potty, had a dry diaper and peed in the potty! Now hoping to last through the rest of the night with no wet diaper and him sleeping without waking so much in his room! He has been able to go out to eat with no accidents too! Just working on pooping in the potty (he keeps going on the floor or the bathtub) which is weird cause he had been a potty pooper for 7 months already we were just working on peeing in the toilet and he started to regress, so hopefully we can nip that in the but ha!
Also yesterday was the first day with no bottles!!!!
Weaned✔️
Bottles gone✔️
Diapers gone - almost ✔️
Own bed✔️
Own room- almost ✔️
Paci - probably going to hold off until 2 when baby number 2 is at least 6 months and I'll wean them both!
Y'all I'm so proud of my son and his accomplishments and feel like a winner as a mom!
