Who had diarrhea at 16 weeks pregnant? What helped you?

All through my pregnancy I have been experiencing horrible cramps with diarrhea. I never had an issue with my bowels before. My doctor says just stay hydrated but I need help stopping it.

I'm 37 weeks and if I ever have a "normal" bowel movement I feel like I've been blessed. This whole pregnancy I've had loose stool and nothing helps 🤷🏼‍♀️
