Am I in the clear or no? :S

My depo shot was finished up on the last of March. Got be pills on the 1st misplaced then and forgot to take the 1st one so I took two on the 2nd. Also just took two today because I forgot the one on the 4th. Had unprotected sex today. But I'm thinking I'm in the clear because sometimes depo can take months to get out of your system. Should I be worried? I have no idea when I would get a period because I was on depo and didn't get periods.
