Lower Back Pain
Question for you ladies.. This is my first pregnancy, I'm 22 weeks and i was grocery shopping today and randomly just got this intense throbbing back pain located in the middle to lower part of my back.. I'm not sure if this is something to be concerned about but it hasn't gone away for hours wondering if you have experienced this or know what i should do?? Thank you!
