Is it normal to have cramping in first trimester?

I'm almost five weeks pregnant and have had cramping in my ovaries. Found out I have a bladder infection and a cyst in my right ovary. Could this be why I'm feeling this way? Is this normal? Should I be worried?

Yes it's very normal at this point, as long as it's not severe or associated with bleeding

Yes it's normal, I'm expecting twins, &  I had a UTI in the first trimester & made me get bad cramps & pains in my abdomen & stomach. Started feeling better once the UTI went away, I'm 16 weeks 4 days now.

In my first pregnancy I have a lot of scary cramping goin on but its your uterus growing but I'm not sure about ovary cramping.

I had severe cramping for about 6 weeks,  it's implantation. Just think if it like the baby getting a good grip!
