Pregnant and sick

I'll be 27 weeks tomorrow and I have a terrible sore throat, stayed in bed all day yesterday with squeezing and running nose! My eyes are watery ... I checked my temp last night no fever but this morning it was 98.7 under the tongue!! Is that a fever????

All I want it to feel better do you ladies recommend anything?? I tried Benadryl and nothing!!
