Why do heartbreaks hurt so much?

It's been six days and i'm still in too much pain. I've been crying every night, i can't sleep and i can't eat. When will i be able to move on? It really hurts so bad. 😢

Kim. I'm so sorry that you have to go through this heartbreak! I recently went through same thing. It literally feels like no one knows what you're going through and no matter what anyone says that really doesn't help the feeling go away right now! I've spent nights after nights after days after days feeling so down and so unmotivated because of the Heartbreak. what I found best for me was to take time for myself. it was okay not to want to get out of bed for weeks that's what i needed. just take the time you need and the heartbreak will slowly go away. if you need someone to talk to, I am here and would love to help! I know how you are feeling. trust me! You will get through it tho!❤ with time.

You will eventually realise that person was not the right one for you. It might takes weeks or months. It just takes time and you've gotta power through it.
