Brown discharge with smell . (No pic)

Hello all, first of all I apologize for the title. I am about 10 weeks pregnant and got diagnosed with a bladder infection last week.  I have been taking amoxicillin and today when I used the bathroom, there was a light brownish discharge with a different smell.  Has anyone ever experienced this?
