anyone else experience this?

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and just recently have had alot of pressure down below. its my 4th pregnancy and all of mine have been so different. Tmi ive gone poop 4 times in the last hr and ive been wearing pads cuz of the discharge and there is very faint blood. i dont like going to the dr because they always treat me like im crazy when i go in for things like this (havent yet this pregnancy but the others i have). anyone else have these crazy symptoms and just waited it out? im having contractions but not close enough together just more pressure than anything.
