Weight loss after c section
Hi ladies
Need some help!!
I'm currently 4 months pp after a c section and breast feeding. Looking to start to get back to myself and loose the weight I have gained. Just wondering how to loose weight without jeopardizing caloric intake to keep up with breastfeeding
I don't want to cut too much but want to still see results!
