How did you all tell your SO?

I believe I got my BFP this afternoon. I am going to retest in the am but if it is positive I want to tell my husband. It's killing me to keep it in!! Af is not due until Wednesday. Did you tell as soon as you got a BFP or not until af was late? He will be home in the morning right before I leave for work so I will be dying to tell him!!

I had a spoon engraved with "you are going to be a daddy" and served dessert with it. he didn't notice until he ate all of it and then he bawled

I wanted to do something cute to surprise my husband. I found out Tuesday, retested Wed and told him that night (I would have loved to wait till his birthday the next Monday,  but I needed his support hiding that I wasn't drinking at a few family functions over the weekend- plus I was dying to tell him!) I bought a couple things when TTC to give him with the pregnancy test!

I took my test on a mid Sunday morning and just came hopping into the room test in hand, he knew immediately what it was and was stoked to see the test, it wasn't extravagant but it was perfect for us. I took like 3 more that day to see it all progressing and he was super invested and excited!!!

I told him that night. I had to keep it to myself for 5 hours, so when I picked him up from work I gave him the test lol he's like "what does this mean" lmfao! Mind you, the test line was way darker than the control... men..... lol
