When are you girl disclosing your pregnancy to your employer?

I'm planning on telling after 12-14 weeks...just want to be able to plan my coverage without issues.

I told my boss and people as soon as I found out since I work around radiation and harmful chemicals. This way they could make my assignment appropriate for me.

I told my boss at 7 weeks just to make sure they don't assign me unreasonable amount of work... There were times when I have worked 100hrs a week..

I actually just told my boss. I'm 7 weeks. My morning sickness is at an all time high and she just had a baby in November so I think she will understand if I'm not myself and let me be flexible to make appointments.

I told the girls I work closely with early on bc I knew I'd be taking off for doc appts and they would notice. My boss kinda figured it out when I needed to go home sick one day. I haven't told corporate yet.

I have a two week obligation from when I find out to tell my bosses. So they all found out around five weeks.

I told my work at about 8 weeks because I had to ask for days Off to go to apts. I wish I could have held off telling till 14 weeks.
