Brown discharge please help?

Well I have an appointment tomorrow at 12:45. But yesterday I had a tinge of brown discharge. 
Now went to the bathroom not too long ago now it looks like the very last day of my period where there's some brown discharge on my panty liner and when I wipe. 
Has anyone have good news or am I miscarrying again? 
I have no cramps, or anything but now I'm concerned something is happening

I had the exact same. When I spoke to the midwife she said it was perfectly normal and it was probably the placenta implanting. She said as long as it isn't bright red you're fine. Mine lasted maybe 4 days. Keep an eye on it and try not to worry! X

I've had spotting on and off for 5 weeks now ranging from light pink to orange to light brown, mostly just a "tinge" in my CM. I freaked out at first and went to the ER (OB office was closed) and got blood work and an ultrasound - everything came back completely healthy and normal. I still kind of freak out sometimes but I've also seen my OB since the ER visit and my pap came back normal & cervix is closed. I'd say that you're fine, but just monitor the spotting of course. I bought a fetal doppler to hear the heartbeat every so often for some reassurance, it really helps! Goodluck, wishing us both a happy and healthy pregnancy!💜

I had brown discharge for like 2-3 days around 7 weeks. Had an U/S about 1 week later and baby was perfectly fine.
