🔗I already know the answer😒

Hey guys, I was just wondering (please no hateful comments. I already know what most people think, but I want to know what others would do in my position). I was offered by someone I know almost a year now to be there FwB. And, was ready to say yes, when I totally forgot to ask this person if they're even divorced. Well, they said not technically, but they're legally separated. I didn't even know what that was, I did my homework. But, I was very surprised. At this point, I felt ready to hit something or someone, and everything that's ever happened to me in my past fwb relationship came flooding back. I felt bad for him as I shorted questions at him 😂. So, I know what y'all are going to say. But, I plead with you to just tell me what you think I should do instead of giving me grief. I'm one of those people who doesn't think on doing this. But, he has assured me that on the other side of the party, the person has another relationship, idk how that works. So, could someone just please explain. please 😂. Thanks in advance
