Is coffee causing me bowel problems

I recently started drinking coffee about three days ago after not drinking it for a few years as i was getting really bad withdrawal symptoms when I didn't have it. I'm having about 2-3 cups of coffee a day and I woke up this morning to foul smelling trumps and my belly started to do the thing where you KNOW You need to get to the toilet& I wouldn't say it's complete diarrhoea but it's very much loose stools & I'm wondering is this because I'm drinking coffee again
