He Can't Last?

Hey ladies so I've been with my boyfriend for nearly a year and I love him so much. But he can't last more than 1-2 minutes. 5 minutes would be like a world record to us. It wouldn't be an issue if he could go for round two but the only problem is then he can't finish again! We can't win 😂 he makes sure he gets me off though and that's amazing but sometimes a girl needs a bit more of the penis you know?

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas, tips or solutions? He won't go to the doctors and he gets really self conscious about it so I never say anything.
