Finally Back to the Gym
I have been struggling with anxiety, and focusing on myself after a move with my husband to a new state away from friends and family and everything I know. I finally got myself up and to the gym today and I feel so good to be back at it. Self care is so important and I hope to keep it up! Here's to bettering myself!!
