My baby's eye is swollen! Help?

If it stays like this overnight we're taking him to the doctor tomorrow, but has this ever happened to anyone else's LO? His eyelid is swollen and his eye is constantly watery but he's not crying or seeming uncomfortable with it? What could this be??

This happened to all my babies. It is nothing to be worried about. It's a blocked tear ducked. If you massage the corner of his eye it will help. Clean with a warm cloth.

Do you breastfeed? If so, put a few drops in his eye... mine had issues at one point and I exclusively pumped so I put some in a few times during the day and he was all better the day after...

See your pediatrician for a blocked tear duct, they can become very painful for infants.
