Leaking colostrum?!!

Hi sorry if this is TMI but I need answers lol! I just got out of the shower and drying off I noticed my right nipple was a lot darker and sorta purplish. Well I took a closer look and saw clear liquid coming out.. Is it colostrum? I will be 18 weeks tomorrow. Sorry if this is tmi lol
