i posted on here over a week ago asking for help with my normal acne it had gotten so bad and wouldn't go away. i had it for a few months. I did research and tried DIM, so far it has worked miracles for my acne and i hope this helps anyone else struggling. Do you own research to see it this all natural supplement will be good for you. it's $18 on amazon!!!!

my moms friend had very bad acne and it went away mostly after about a month after she rubbed ghea butter on her face, without washing, or any other products, (of course she ate better as well) but it really helped. ghea butter (if in remembering correctly) is unprocess or unseperated butter idk its super healthy
