Recently my husband and I moved into an apartment complex and I'm having an issue with a neighbor. The apartments have a dog park to take your dog to the bathroom, every time I'm there this woman who walks around the complex comes over calling my dog over to the fence to pet him. Usually this doesn't bother me but today I was in a hurry and on the phone just trying to get him to potty when like clockwork she comes up calling him. I told her I was in a hurry and needed to get back to my apartment so I was trying to get him to go potty. She proceeded to pet then started kissing his nose. Then something scared him having him run behind me. I told him to go potty and hear her ask if she could watch him while I do whatever I need to. When I told her no she continued to try and get him to come to her. How do I get her to understand that coming up and petting him now and then is okay but every time I go outside with him is not. Also is it weird it really pissed me off when she kissed him? I don't really know her so it really bothers me! Am I overreacting? Sorry for how long this is.
