Worried.

I have been bleeding heavily since week 7 when I went to the e.R. they said the baby was growing well and had a good heard beat. I have my second ultrasound tomorrow at 8 weeks 3 days. I am no longer passing clots but am still bleeding like a regular period more of a brownish red color now. I am worried about my ultrasound tomorrow and just praying everything goes well. Has anyone experienced anything like this and continued on with your pregnancy?
