Praying 3rd time is the charm! I unfortunately had 2 miscarriages in the last 6 months. Staying cautiously optimistic, but still very anxious. Confirmed pregnancy today with blood work. 4 weeks and HCG was 180 and progesterone 46. Both higher numbers than I've ever seen at 4 weeks!
