Ok, so On the 15th of July this year I got my first period. This was a couple days after my 13th birthday. I woke up and went to the bathroom and saw it.

I was kinda stressed the whole day because the night before I got my period, I was masturbating.

On the 16th there was no blood. I was scared because I wasn't sure if I masturbated to hard or much and caused bleeding somewhere inside.

Now this month I haven't gotten my period and it is past the 15th so I'm starting to get worried.

Is there a possibility I was just bleeding from masturbation, or are periods usually all over the place and inconsistent when you first start? Please help 😩😩
