❗️❗️HELP❗️❗️Tampons brand you recommend..

Sooo im going to Schlitterbahn (water park) to those of you who don't know what it is!Saturday && i started my period yesterday 🤦🏻‍♀️ but its a regular flow not too heavy welll the point is i want to go so im thinking of wearing tampons that day but i have never worn them and don't know how to put in one.What brand do yall recommend for a first timer ? I once put in one when i was like 18 && i had to take it off since it was uncomfortable.
