Anxiety won't stop...
I have nursing school in one week and am currently 19.
I have my last day of work, nightshift, tonight from 10pm to 6am.
I dread working there everyday. I've put in more than 1,000 hours there these past 4 months.
Anyways, the management treats everyone like complete shit.
I have had such high anxiety for my last shift so badly now. And I don't even knowy why. I have never had this bad of anxiety before. I can't sleep or eat, my heart is racing too fast, I'm shaking a bit.
I've tried eating, sleeping, showering, yoga, playing with my dog, cuddling with my boyfriend, essential oild, drinking water, taking a walk.
Everything.
This doesn't feel right and I starting nursing school in 5 days so I don't have time to go to the doctor and get something for anxiety.
Next doctor appointment can I ask for a PRN (as needed) anxiety pill or lotion?
What can I do for now?
