WTF happened to my BLADDER?!!!!😫

Am I the only one who had a baby and lost complete control of their bladder? It's bad enough I'm drinking all this damn water and have to pee alllll daaaaaay😖 Now I have to wear a pad around because I can't hold my own damn pee in for some reason, while I'm on my way to the bathroom🤦🏽‍♀️ I love my daughter.. but my body is a complete mess now smdh. I hope this goes away quick

Maybe see a pelvic floor therapist? I had issues with my bladder feeling full 24/7 but it really wasn't 😒 She helped me track my symptoms and taught me some techniques
to control it and it helped so much!

Talk to your OB. Kegels can help, but physical therapy might also be helpful.

I am almost 3 weeks pp and I have peed my 
 pants like 4 times.  and not like a.little tinkle accident.. like full blown peed. my. pants.  I was running the water to fill my peri bottle and the flood gates opened and I couldnt stop peeing! !!!luckily I was wearing depends because I was bleeding heavy still.   it's getting easier to hold it now.but still not.easy

Yeah I had problems the first couple weeks after delivery. Made me glad I chose to wear disposable underwear for the bleeding.

yep I had some issues after my second baby, but it went away in time. kegels are your best friend after kids!

right after birth i had zero control. if i didnt go right when i felt the need id lose it as i was pulling my pants down. i even did kegels during pregnancy but it did nothing. But eventually those muscles will heal, and you'll find you'll be able to control better.
