Work appropriate?

Opinionated comments welcome. Are cold shoulder shirts work appropriate? I'm an optician for a optometrist and out dress code is business causal. Other coworker gave worn sleeveless shirts and dresses (like thick tank tops).

For some reason I feel like the thick tank dresses and shirts that are made for the work place are different than cold shoulders. Cold shoulder tops to me always look like your young and wore your club top to work, no matter your age. 
Sorry! It is a cute top though so if not to work maybe a new top for going out?

Cold shoulders are cute, but definitely leaning way to the casual side. I think they're good for the weekends, but overall add this more childish look.. in my opinion at least. I wouldn't consider this business casual
