Normal after birth?

It's been three weeks since I had my c-section and on occasion I experience mild cramping. Is this normal? No other symptoms are present besides some cramping here and there. I'm hoping this isn't an indication of an infection.

As long as it's almost a mild period cramp (unless breastfeeding) then it's just your uterus. Breastfeeding causes your uterus to contract stronger. Let me tell you it hurts. I used a heating pad.

Breastfeeding or formula? Breastfeeding causes your uterus to contract and some women notice it as cramps. Bottle feeding won't cause those contractions, but you will still cramp some as your uterus goes back to normal size.
If it becomes unbearable or you notice colored/weird discharge, talk to your dr immediately. Otherwise it's likely normal
