What is happening?!?!

From August 3rd to now, my left breast had been swollen and I have been discovering lumps in my breast. The pain is unreal! I am currently experiencing mid-cycle spotting. I don't start my cycle til the 22nd this month. The mid-cycle spotting is a week after ovulation. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. I have had full menstrual cycles since stopping the Depo shot (November 2016). I am scheduled for a ultrasound next week on my breasts since they did discover lumps in my left breast. I am just worried that what if I am pregnant even though the tests keep coming back negative. Has anyone had this problem before? I use condoms and none of them have broken or ripped (which doesn't mean anything, they are not 100% protection from pregnancy or STIs). I can't take most birth control pills cuz of my anxiety medication) .
