Oh man ok here we go. So hubby and I have had a total of 11 pregnancies including this one. Of that we have 2 very amazing children. I have to be honest though I'm a hot mess y'all.

Went in yesterday (6w5d) for the start of our early circus show and they could only see the sack, no pole so no heartbeat. My doctor went over normal things then asks things like "we have never had to d&c; right?" And "it's important to stay rested" and "you are doing everything you can. I'm on my progesterone supp (yuck) already but I'm concerned that she's already counted this one out.

Has anyone else been in this boat? How did it turn out for you? I'm trying to stay positive but....
