Advice

Hello just looking for advice I was 9 days late on my period when I started spotting but it was a brown mucus spotting and not enough to wear a tampon. Then it stopped after 4 hours. Then the next day I started spotting again for a couple of hours again not enough as a period but it was started to turn more red. This has happened for 3 days. Then yesterday while I went to the bathroom I saw this sorry for the. Picture just want to see what you guys think. Then today I'm in spotting back to just brown any ideas on what it could be. Before this I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative.
