Are these early signs of pregnancy ?
I have been throwing up a lot of cramping as if I was on my period , headaches and nausea I got a fever out of the blue a bit moody and having a bit of constipation while going to the restroom
I'm married and I'm on the pill I got a very light period a week ago could I be pregnant ?
