The pill

Right so I recently started the pill (three weeks Thursday) and according to glow I was late, but that might be because I didn't record my last couple of periods due to my phone not allowing the app to work 🙄 I started my period yesterday. Light flow but constantly in pain. Right now the flow is getting heavier and the pain is getting worse. Anyone have any ideas on how to decrease the pain? Not yoga though. I'd rather not turn my body into a pretzel while I bleed (that's my opinion) Post ideas please!
