Silly question

Hi ladies. I have a very silly, dumb question but here it goes . It's my first time using clomid and I got my hsg shot yesterday. My partner and I have had intercourse four times last week and once this morning . This afternoon just for the hell of it took a pg text . It came out postive. Im thinking its way to early and not going by it. My next period should be around 22nd or 25th. Is it possible it worked or is it reading some different kind of hormone. Hope I dont sound dumb :)
