How Normal is This?

Had a cervical check today and my spotting has gone away but I'm having sharp pings of cervical pain and cervical pressure has been on and off all day which I expected but not the sharp pings.... anyone else have this? FTM so totally unsure if it's in the normal range or in the call my midwife range. Also baby is moving a lot so I'm not totally sure if the sharp.pings are just her head bumping my cervix. 1cm dilated, 90% effaced and she's at a 0 station.
