I'm 17 my old guy friend just turned 17. We have literally been friends since kindergarten well two years ago I left school because I had a baby and then after that we just quit talking. Today he randomly messaged me telling me hey, and just being a total sweetheart, he then gave me his number, told me to text him, and to let him know if I ever need any help or just want to hang out. The thing also is we were also each other's childhood crush, up until 8th grade when I got a boyfriend (who got me pregnant in 9th and ended up being a deadbeat and leaving) like it was to the point where our Moms would joke about us being high school sweethearts and getting married. He still gives me the same little butterflies in my stomach it's so crazy. I'm not sure if this is like a sign of maybe he was meant to be in my life or if I'm looking too far into it. He has always been just the sweetest and just so respectful. Everything about him is just wonderful and it's definitely somebody I wouldn't mind my child being around.
