Iron deficiency/vitamin B12 deficiency while pregnant
Anyone else have to see a hematologist? I found out in March I have severe iron deficiency anemia and a vitamin B12 deficiency.. I'm 5 weeks pregnant currently so my hematologist wants me to go back to taking pills till I'm out of my first trimester then I can go back to the shots and injections. Just curious if anyone else has this issue and if it goes worse during pregnancy?
