Burping my baby!
On a night my baby nurses until she falls asleep. I then try and wind her but it either wakes her up and she wants to feed again or she stays asleep but doesn't burp. She will then wake maybe 20 mins later in pain. I find it hard to wind her anyway because she wriggles sooo much always trying to get back to the breast for comfort. Is it essential to burp her after a feed on a night? Any tips if so?
