Just passed this and I'm freaking out. Photo TMI

Ok I know this looks gross, but I'm freaking out trying to figure out what it is. I am almost six weeks postpartum, I haven't started my period back yet, and I went to my postpartum check up on Tuesday, had rough sex on Wednesday, cramped and spotted Wednesday and today and passed this tonight!! It's almost the consistency of a mucus plug but I'm postpartum. The color is freaking me out too. I'm still crappy and more like this is coming out.
