BIGGEST Vegan Tip
Don't rely solely on packaged, pre-made vegan food to supplement all of your daily needs. You have to prepare and cook A LOT of your own food in order to be healthy. I see so many people who attempt to go vegan but fall short because they aren't prepared for the work load, while others thrive. Me myself I have lost fat, no more hypoglycemia, more energy, it's just changed the way I live and think of living, I couldn't imagine ever going back to feeling tired, sluggish, and fatigued all day. I'm going to leave a couple staples that I think all vegans should have in order to prepare food on a daily basis and be at optimum health:
-rice
-oats
-turmeric
-BEANS! All the beans
-hemp seeds
-agave, or any natural sweeteners, try to cut processed sugars
-nutritional yeast
-quinoa
-dates
-apple cider vinegar
-nut butter (peanut, almond)
-BANANAS!
If you inquire these into your daily routine, I have no doubt in my mind you will be a happy healthy vegan! Now of course you need to include lots more: veggies, fruits, etc..
So I'll drop my favorite smoothie recipe for you guys to get you started:
-2 frozen bananas
-handful of frozen blackberries
-handful of frozen mangoes
-1 cup of pineapple juice
-palm full of hemp seeds
-3 dates
-1 punch of turmeric

It's soooo good ^^^
